Darcy Hargrove

Darcy is both the broker and owner of Connect Real Estate West. She grew up in Sacramento and chose to stay and make it her lifelong home. She has lived in many different neighborhoods in the Sacramento area over the years, eventually settling in West Sacramento. Her knowledge of the Sacramento Region is comprehensive and a true benefit for her clients. She loves helping others buy and sell their homes, whether they are looking to find the home of their dreams or invest in their futures. As a former teacher of 20 years, Darcy developed strong listening, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills, and she has found great success applying these skills to help her clients sell or find their next home. She is a dedicated professional and will work tirelessly to meet your needs. Darcy earned the 2021 and 2023 Top Achiever Award from El Dorado County Association of REALTORS and is featured in Sacramento Magazine for receiving the 5 Star Professional 2022-2025 Rising Star award.

Brittany Peterson was born and raised in Placer County and has also lived in Sacramento and Yolo counties. As a client, you can expect regional expertise, timely communication, and attention to the details of your unique needs. Prior to real estate, Brittany worked in local government and consulting as an analyst and project coordinator. Brittany spends her free time chasing her toddlers, teaching group exercise and yoga, and reading.

Katie Villegas

Katie Villegas has lived her entire life in the Sacramento/Yolo Region. She has been a Realtor since 2011. Her life's work has been dedicated to her community and making an impact in the lives of her clients. She retired from the Yolo County Children’s Alliance. She served on the Washington Unified School Board from 2012-2016. She is currently the President of the West Sacramento Rotary Club and serves on the Sacramento Association of Realtors Government Relations Committee. She also serves on the local Firewise Committee for her cabin in Placer County. She loves helping clients realize their dreams of owning a home or investing in expanding their real estate portfolios. Katie will work hard for you in finding the solutions that work best for you. In her free time, she enjoys time with her family, friends, and her dogs, Rocky and Ellie.

Anna was raised in West Sacramento, and after college she returned to West Sacramento, where she and her husband chose to raise their four children. Anna loves helping people find homes to suit their own family’s needs. She prides herself on her attention to detail, ensuring her clients’ needs are met. Anna spent almost 30 years as a peace officer and values integrity and thoroughness. Anna volunteers for Meals on Wheels and has spent the past four years serving on the Yolo County Juvenile Justice Commission. In her free time, Anna enjoys golfing, reading, and cooking.
